Privacy Policy: Your Data, Our Obligations, Your Rights
What we collect
Opening an account gives us your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, currency and country. Using the cashier adds payment details and the identity documents that licensing rules require: a photo ID and a proof of address.
Playing adds technical data — the device, the browser, the IP address and the pages visited — along with a record of stakes, wins, bonus progress and comp points. Contacting support adds the transcript of that conversation.
Why we hold it
Three reasons, and no fourth. To run the account you asked for, including the cashier and the loyalty programme. To meet the anti-money-laundering and age-verification obligations that come with the licence. To protect the platform from fraud, duplicate accounts and bot activity.
Marketing email is separate and optional. You can switch it off in the account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any message, and switching it off does not affect the account itself.
Who else sees it
Payment providers see what they need to move money. Game studios see the session data their software generates. Identity-verification partners see the documents you upload. The licensing authority sees what it asks for under the terms of the licence.
Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. Where a supplier processes data on our behalf, they are bound by contract to use it only for the job we gave them.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are held for the period the licence requires, which outlasts the account itself: closing an account does not erase the financial history behind it, because anti-money-laundering rules do not allow that. Marketing preferences are deleted when you withdraw consent. Support transcripts are held while they are useful and then removed.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate details fixed, which also keeps the cashier working.
- Deletion — ask for erasure, subject to the retention rules above.
- Objection — opt out of marketing at any time, without affecting play.
- Complaint — raise a concern with us first, then with the licensing authority.
Requests go through the support desk, which is open around the clock. We answer them within the time the licence allows, and we will tell you plainly if a request cannot be met because a retention obligation overrides it.
Cookies and security
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your currency and measure which pages are actually read. Blocking them in the browser is possible; blocking the session cookie will break the sign-in, because that cookie is what keeps the account open between clicks.
The connection runs over SSL, documents are stored encrypted, and access to them inside the company is limited to the staff who need it for verification and payouts. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than promise otherwise.
